The 'camp' has two options available. Each has its own unique view of the Orange River. The cottages are in the same general location as the proprietor’s house but offer enough privacy for comfort and relaxation. In total, the site can accommodate nine guests.

Rates

R380 per person per night or R3000 per night for the entire camp.

A cleaning lady can be arranged at an additional cost of R250 per day.

Please note that this unit is very natural as it is made of wood and reeds. For this reason the local bats do love to roost in the walls on the exterior. They do no harm and play a very important role in the ecology and they pay for their lodgings by eating lots of pesky bugs. If you are afraid of, or dislike bats then this unit is not suited for you. It is on the first floor and accessed by a stair case.

Primitive/dry camping

There are multiple locations all over the farm for those who wish to truly disconnect and rough it, from riverside to out in the open landscape. Special precautions must be taken to ensure the safety of both guests and our precious environment therefore ‘primitive camping’ must be discussed and booked in advance.
